A key foundation of nutritional counseling is rooted in health at every size and intuitive eating. These are researched philosophies that emphasize the wisdom of the body and base health off of more than just body weight and size. This means the focus is on addressing lifestyle behaviors rather than weight.
We believe in a weight neutral approach focusing on body positivity to improve your overall health. We have seen immense health improvements using health at every size and intuitive eating with countless women of all body sizes, and has found that those with long histories of dieting and disordered eating benefit greatly from this approach.
We’ll work with you to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and develop the confidence and accountability you need to shop and prepare nutritious meals, stay on track to sustain healthy habits.

Rachael Brandeis is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). Rachel is personally fulfilled by the work that she does because she’s able to help her clients make positive and long lasting changes.
