WORK-LIFE BALANCE THERAPY
The unbalanced state between life and work is a great challenge and major obstacle for most women. Some women purposely work fewer hours to achieve balance between career development and family life. However, many women compromise family goals as a strategy to reduce work-family conflict.
When there are only so many hours in the day — how do you give your career the dedication it deserves, and still spend quality time with your partner or the children?
How can you manage both home and work life?
A healthy work-life balance assumes great significance for working women particularly when both the family and workplace pose challenges and problems for women.
Major consequences of poor work-life balance are high levels of stress and anxiety, disharmony at home, experiencing job burnout and an inability to realize full potential. Women often feel irritable and resentful due to the inability to balance work and family life.
